Grace Place Kids just got back from a trip to Minnesota where we shared our videos, our story, and our gospel mission with families and educators nation-wide. What an amazing wonderful journey!! We met the most fantastic people and feel so richly blessed to have our circle of GPK friends and family widening! Most of the people presenting and attending the conference were educators from pre-school through high school, but what they all have in common is their faith. This faith is important to them for they know that they can teach our children all the academic subjects they need with utmost care and diligence, but if they don't reach out and teach and touch their soul, then they will have failed. Nothing in our children's lives will ever have the depth of meaning or understanding if they don't understand it from a faith perspective. It is the single greatest gift we can give our children. Jesus tells us, "I am the vine, you are the branches. Whoever remains in me, and I in him will bear much fruit, because WITHOUT ME YOU CAN DO NOTHING." John 15:5. These are powerful words from our Lord. . . "without me . . . YOU CAN DO NOTHING." Let's equip our children, and ourselves, with the greatest of all good. . . let's "put on" Jesus, let's live Jesus, let's teach our children that the single most important thing in their life is to know and love God. That is our greatest mission!!
